RANDY G. SAGER
Owner / President
Randy has been in the construction industry for 30 years, for both military and civilian construction projects. His knowledge of construction covers a myriad of projects, and their specific scopes of work, from epoxy injection technologies to heavy iron erection and Civil Construction. He is responsible for leadership and training of the entire staff, along with the everyday business aspects that are required of a President, to include the planning and achievement of the company’s overall goals in Safety, HR, and business profitability for the future.
JOANN DUENAS
General Manager
Joann has worked in the construction business since 2004 and has specialized in Accounting since 1988. She was promoted to General Manager of Reaction Co. in 2017 and has expanded her role to handle all aspects of the company, mainly specializing in the Administration and Contracts department. She also assists in the Accounting division concerning Bonding. She has attended training seminars for the Department of Defense’s Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) program, now known as Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE), which is a secure web-based system for electronic invoicing for the Federal Government including the US Army, NavFac Marianas, US Air Force, US Coast Guard to name a few. Joann has also completed training as an Equal Employment Officer (EEO) and with the web-based program E-Verify as part of her background in Human Resources. Joann was a founding member of the NAWIC (National Association of Women In Construction) Guam Chapter.
LYNETTE ROLDAN
Project Accountant
Lynette holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with a major in Accounting. With over 30 years of experience working as an Accountant, she has handled all phases of the accounting cycle in trading, service, manufacturing, and construction businesses. She is a certified civil service professional and has five years working as an accountant in the public sector.
CHRISMAE LISA ARCILLA
Project Engineer / Project Estimator
Lisa is a licensed Civil Engineer and has been working in the construction field since 2016. Prior to relocating to Guam in 2023, Lisa worked in the Philippines, where she gained experience as a quantity surveyor, then advanced into project management from project start-up, cost & progress monitoring, and controls, to project close-out for premium quality housing &land developments, she now applies this professional knowledge & experience at Reaction Co. She is proficient in cost estimating and has been our lead estimator for general construction work. Lisa also serves as our go-to field engineer for executing Guam DPW permitting requirements for projects, which is a strenuous endeavor. She has a proven ability to establish good working relationships with various tradespeople and most importantly our clients.
DENIS “DENCIO” CRUZ
Field Engineer / Project Estimator
A Licensed Civil Engineer by Profession. He passed the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Board Examination for Civil Engineering last 2008 in Philippines. He has been in the civil&steel construction field for 16years for both horizontal and vertical structures as a Senior Estimator, AutoCAD operator, Field Surveyor, and Project site supervisor. He has been in the Structural Steel &Pre-engineered Metal Building field for 9 yrs. He currently serves as our Senior Technical Support and Steel Estimating & PEMB Project Engineer.
JASON REYES
Project Engineer / Project Manager
Jason is a dedicated Civil Engineer with 10 years of professional experience in construction project management and operations. He has worked on various construction projects, including land development projects, tunneling systems, commercial and residential buildings, and gasoline stations. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, he became licensed in 2014. In his current role at Reaction Co., Jason ensures that projects are executed in accordance with approved plans and specifications. His primary priorities are excellence, safety, and adherence to budget and schedule.
CHARLES “BONG” GALLEGA
Field Manager / Supervisor
Bong holds a BSEE (Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering) degree. With over 20 years of experience in the general construction industry, he has served as our field manager/supervisor for the past 4 years. During this time, he has overseen and executed the construction of 5 different pre-engineered metal buildings and Fire suppression water storage tanks. Bong possesses comprehensive knowledge and understanding of project plans and processes. He effectively manages our workforce, ensures adherence to project safety compliance, construction deadlines, and collaborates with other project managers, primes/subcontractors. Additionally, Bong has been instrumental in installing our project utility power lines, electrical panel boxes, GPA meters & transformers, Surge protection devices, Standby generators & ATS units.
